Diamond David Lee Roth has been known for many things. He's a founding member of one of the World's most famous and influential rock bands. He's associated with a charisma, flamboyance, and showmanship that is second to none. And he got girls. Lots and lots of girls. But one thing DLR is not known for is his ability to rock in Spanish. Check out this clip taken from a Spanish Television show a while back wherein Mr. Roth belts out a tune from his solo effort 'Eat 'Em and Smile' in espanol. This is " Loco de Calor" or 'Going Crazy from the Heat ". Needless to say the vid is culled from whence the digital age was not quite as savvy as it is now, but it gets the point across. Dave doing this was most definitely a questionable point in his career. |
