Following through with Payment for Spotlight placement is an agreement of the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully
You may update your Spotlight by sending updated information to our e-mail address.
For every year Client is on Spotlight, Client is awarded 3 Months free. 3 free months are redeemable only after full completion of 1 year agreement. Subsitution of 3 free months for discount in 1 year rates are not allowable.
Client is responsible for providing updated content. Updates are limited to a maximum of twice Monthly.
Payments are non-refundable once Spotlight is placed online.
Design format is standard in compliance with Metal Monthly layout and not subject to customization.
Client agrees that they are fully responsible for all rights and permissions necessary to place Logos, text, pictures, audio, video, etc, online.
SPOTLIGHT Ad Designs are non- transferable.
Terms of Service are subject to change in order to better serve the needs of our Clients.
